Welcome to Threshays - Bed & Breakfast

Welcome to Threshays, a small traditional, relaxed, comfortable Bed & Breakfast on a non-working farm situated in a quiet but convenient location, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Threshays is a 200 year old tastefully converted cob built threshing barn.  It was converted in 1990 by the present owners, retaining all the original architectural shape.

We are within easy reach of the main arterial routes into Devon and make an ideal overnight stop-off to break a long journey onwards to Cornwall.  Approximately 2.5 miles north of the pleasant market  town of Honiton, famous for its lace and numerous antique shops.

The historic City of Exeter is only 16 miles away and we are only 20 minutes from the glorious East Devon coast.

Come and explore the hushed wooded valleys, wave upon wave of green rolling hills and enjoy beautiful cliff-top walks along the World Heritage 'Jurassic Coastline'.

East Devon has it all. From the coast the landscape rises to a high plateau often topped with the heartland.  Cutting into the plateau, the rivers Axe, Sid and Otter flow to form a web of hidden valleys.

Our rates are from £30.00 per person.
